Duke was surrendered to us as he has cataracts and his young rider found him spooky and was not comfortable riding him. We started with groundwork and am now riding him in the arena. Because of his cataracts and how well trained he is, we have decided to keep him and work with him as a lesson horse. He does wear a fly mask to help keep his eyes from worsening.
